We clean the mushrooms and wash them, then we break their tails. (My mushrooms were a bit small, I didn't find any bigger ones, but they are preferably the big ones)
Cut the tails into small pieces and put them in the pan together with the finely chopped onion and garlic, let them cook. When they are ready, put a handful of grated cheese on a large-mesh grater, finely chopped dill and parsley, salt, pepper and mix.
Place the mushrooms in a pan greased with oil then fill them with a teaspoon and on top we will cut a thin slice of cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes.
